A little bit about Our Team
Our hard working admin team look after the day to day management of your insurance policies and it's associated documentation. Whether it's processing a renewal, making changes to your cover, placing a new policy or issuing a certificate of currency for you. Their role is to ensure the efficient and timely management of all policy transactions.
Although, come claim time, your dedicated account manager will assist you through the claims process, our claims team work tirelessly away in the background to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. This includes liaising with your insurer, the assessor or even the repairer, to make sure each claim is managed as efficiently and promptly as possible.
Legal & Compliance
Our in-house compliance manager ensures that we meet all of our legal and regulatory requirements in dealing with our clients, pursuant to the Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA). They make sure that licensing obligations are met and assist us to improve the way in which we provide you with timely and accurate information regarding your legal rights and requirements.
Sales, Marketing & Social Media
Managing the sales and marketing, including our website and social media, is a full time job in itself! So at Proactive, we have a dedicated manager whose role is to look after these functions on a day to day basis. That way we can keep you up to date with all the latest news and help provie you with useful information about our products and services, together with tips and helpful advice on managing your insurances.
